Product description

• The product is supplied with a toxoid concentration of 700 – 1.200 Lf/ml, corresponding to a specific protein  concentration of 1.75 – 3.00 mg/ml
• The product can be regarded as close to a 100% pure
• The buffer is saline
• The concentration of formaldehyde is ≤ 54 mg/l
• The product is supplied in 10 ml capped vials. Smaller volumes can not be supplied
• The recommended storage temperature is 2-8⁰ C
• The product is shipped at ambient temperature
• The product has 2 years stability from filling date.

The product is manufactured according to cGMP, is intended for technical use, and must not be used for human in vivo purposes. 

Applications

The product is suitable for various purposes, e.g.:

• Lymphocyte stimulation tests (proliferation tests)
• Induction and measurements of cytokine synthesis
• Studies of antigen induced migration of monocytes/macrophages and other phagocytizing cells
• ELISA
• Immunization of experimental animals
