Mycobacterium, various species - Sensitin PPD for in vitro use

The products are produced from culture filtrates from different strains of Myco- and Nocardiabacteria. Sensitins are available from the following strains:

Product use

The products are used for Lymphocyte proliferation assays and induction and measurement of cytokine production in sensized lymphocytes. Further the products can be used for studies on macrophage migration inhibition of monocytes/macrophages and other phagocytozing cells.

The product is available in:

• A concentration of 1 mg/ml in physiological PBS
• Produced on request only
