Mycobacterium Tuberculosis - Old Tuberculin for primate skin testing

Old Tuberculin is an immunological reagent for veterinary tuberculosis diagnostics,

e.g. in monkeys for pharmaceutical use.

  • The product is produced from culture filtrates from virulent species of Mycobacterium tuberculosis
  • The culture filtrate is not purified, as is the case with Tuberculin PPD
  • The product is produced to 25,000 IU/ml in PBS in vials of 4 ml
  • The product is only produced on request

  • The product is not for human use. Only for primate skin testing
