- PCR analyser: Aspergillus, Mucorales, Fusarium, Candida, dermatofytter og en pan-svampe PCR
- Molekylære resistensmekanismer i patogene svampe
- Azolresistens i Aspergillus fumigatus samt andre Aspergillus spp.
- Echinocandin- og azoleresistens i Candida, primært i Candida albicans, C. glabrata og C. tropicalis.
- Genotypning/helgenomsekventering
