  • Udvikling af molekylær diagnostik inden for medicinsk mykologi
    • PCR analyser: Aspergillus, Mucorales, Fusarium, Candida, dermatofytter og en pan-svampe PCR
  • Molekylære resistensmekanismer i patogene svampe
    • Azolresistens i Aspergillus fumigatus samt andre Aspergillus spp.
    • Echinocandin- og azoleresistens i Candida, primært i Candida albicans, C. glabrata og C. tropicalis.
  • Genotypning/helgenomsekventering
    • A. fumigatus
    • C. albicans, C. glabrata, C. tropicalis, C. parapsilosis og andre.
