Welcome to the new SSI website

On 31 August, www.ssi.dk opened with a new design and a revised information architecture.
Our new, modern, dynamic web design and a changed structure make the SSI website more inviting, clear, and easier to navigate in.
Targeted news
“Apart from making the website more user-friendly, we now have more opportunities to target our communication. For instance, we wish to profile our research more. You can for example go directly to our research news by clicking at the news box on the front page”, says Nils Strandberg Pedersen, president and CEO.
Version 1.0
The technical solution on which the website is based, has been modernized. ”It gives us more opportunities to develop the website continuously with new services for the benefit of our users. It is “only” version 1.0 of the new website we have just launched”, says Ole Allin Jensen, director of Corporate Affairs.
Areas with their own characteristics
Selected areas on the website have now got their own ”universe” – the so-called subsites. They include, among others, "Job and Career", "The Danish National Birth Cohort Research Project" (Better health for mother and child), and SSI Diagnostica. The last mentioned develops, produces and sells in vitro diagnostics. The subsites differ in terms of a slightly different design and self-navigation - however, you will still be on www.ssi.dk while visiting the new subsites.
