Epidemiologisk Forskning / Infektions- og cancerepidemiologi
I work with two main research areas: Web mining for public health and applying machine learning to registry data. My work on web mining for public health consists of using web search data and media data to analyze public health events, such as predicting vaccination uptake. My work in machine learning focuses on building predictive models based on information available in national registries and analyzing determinants for disease development, such as predicting disease risk based on prior hospital admissions.
