GASTROENTERITIS MONITOR
GERM.DK is short for GastroEnteRitis Monitor, Denmark. It is a website that presents the Danish laboratory surveillance data on bacterial gastrointestinal disease. Data are updated every Friday. The website provides data on Salmonella, Campylobacter, Yersinia, Shigella and E.coli. Two main types of information are available:

1. The number of patients, currently and previously.

2. Outbreak probability (which basically means comparing the number of patients now to the number of patients in previous years).
